Good quality for the money - I was looking for inexpensive end tables for our family room and happened upon these on amazon.com. Received the packages two days after ordering! Unlike other reviews, I did not have any missing parts from either box (I ordered two tables) and did not notice any scratches or blemishes. However, my one complaint is that the wood is very soft... I managed to crack a couple spots while putting in the screws, so be careful when assembling! Besides that, they were very easy to assemble. For the price I paid I am satisfied with them.
Great tables - I ordered two of the the tables for my family room. Like the clean modern look of the tables and a small drawer for remotes and the price. Was a little concerned about some of the reviews with cracked wood problems and chipped paint missing parts etc. Did not have any of those problems. The only place I needed a little touch up was for the plugs to cover the screw holes. Was fairly easy to put together. Read some people having a problem with the drawer knob not being secure. I had the same problem and gave up using the included screw and used my own smaller screw (a light switch extra screw) that worked perfect and after a couple of months - still tight and in place. Everything looks great.
End Table - I bought a few of these to go into a student rooming house and like them so much and thought them such a good value I ordered more. They are very sturdy and attractive. I can t speak to how hard they are to assemble as our resident manager did it .
Great little table - I ordered this table for my son s bedroom at $39.99 and when I logged on to review it, I noticed the price increase. It is a great little table, came with only one small knick that I was able to easily touch up with a black sharpie marker. I put it together myself (I m mom) in about 20 minutes. You need a philips head screwdriver, I actually used our cordless drill to sink the screws all the way in. The majority of the screws use a tool that comes with the table (hex style). The table is sturdy, I did notice the same thing others have complained about, I can not get the drawer nob tight. I may put some epoxy or glue behind it so it doesn t slip around in circles. I am very happy with this purchase, it came fast, was easy to put together, and looks great.
Sturdy, but scratched up a bit - This was very easy to put together and is sturdy. It arrived with scratches mostly on the parts that don t show, but unfortunately a small scratch on the shelf, at the front that was visible. I used a black marker then smudged it in, and it covered the tiny spot and blended in. It is a rather short table, and will probably fall a couple of inches below the newer beds with thicker mattresses, which might look a little strange in some bedrooms. You might want to look at it s measurements and then use a measuring stick by your bed (if putting it by a bed) to see if it will fall below the bed, and decide if you think that would be an issue. It does suit my purposes, in a spare room with a masculine theme. The little drawer is sturdy and convenient for storing little items.
